About the warranty…
At DRYFT, we stand by the quality and durability of our revolutionary floor cleaning machines. Every DRYFT is built to meet the toughest commercial cleaning challenges and undergoes a thorough quality inspection before leaving our facility, ensuring you receive a reliable and high-performing product.
Whether under standard or extended coverage, DRYFT’s warranty reflects our commitment to delivering durable, precision-engineered machines designed to handle commercial cleaning with ease.
Most faults can be rectified remotely, if you encounter any issues, send photos and/or videos of the fault to warranty@dryft-world.com and provide as much detail as possible. A member of our warranty team will guide you through a remote repair.
If the fault cannot be rectified remotely, please follow the instructions in your manual and return the unit, carefully packaged with freight prepaid, to your original supplier.
Your supplier will inspect the item and liaise directly with our warranty team. If the issue is caused by a defect in workmanship, assembly or materials, your supplier will repair or replace the unit without charge, with return freight prepaid.

What’s covered by the warranty?
-
The handle is covered under warranty for manufacturing defects, including issues such as bearing jamming. However, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the handle grip or any damage resulting from the machine being dropped.
-
DRYFT batteries are designed for long-term performance, but like all lithium batteries, their capacity will gradually decline over time with use.
Each time the battery is charged, it completes a charge cycle. As charge cycles accumulate, the battery's capacity slowly declines. After approximately 200 charge cycles, the battery may lose up to 20% of its original capacity. For example, a new battery provides up to 1 hour and 15 minutes of runtime in Smooth Floor mode. After 200 charge cycles, this may reduce to around 60 minutes.
When the runtime is no longer sufficient for your needs, it may be time to replace the battery.
All DRYFT batteries come with a 12-month warranty, covering manufacturing defects such as total failure to hold charge or complete loss of power. Please note that normal performance decline due to regular use is not covered under warranty. DRYFT batteries are not included in the extended 2 year warranty after registration.
-
The control panel is covered against manufacturer defect such as any of the buttons not functioning. The control panel is not covered against normal wear and tear or damage from miss use or the machine being dropped.

The water pipe and cable which travel through the ball joint are subject to a lot of movement, these parts will wear over time and may require replacement after 1 or 2 years of heavy usage.
-
Covered against manufacturer defects such as no power due to vacuum motor pcb failure.
If the machine has been used with water above the max line on the recovery tank some liquid may be sucked into the vacuum motor causing damage. If high foaming detergent is used this will also cause foam to enter the vacuum motor causing damage. Water damage to the vacuum motor is not covered under warranty as this is classed as miss use
-
The solenoid valve is covered against manufacture defect such as the electronic coil failure resulting in the valve not operating. If harsh chemicals have been used causing damage to the valve piston seal or chemical clogging the valve this is not covered under warranty.
-
The PCB is covered against manufacture defects. If the machine is not operating due to failure of some components on the PCB this is covered under warranty. If the PCB is damaged from the machine being dropped this is not covered under warranty.
-
The cleaning pad and magnetic pad holder are Classed as consumable items, they are covered against manufacturing defects.
Over time the magnetic pad holder can wear and may increase the noise level of the machine when running; at this stage we recommend replacing the pad holder.
-
Squeegee wheels are covered under warranty against manufacture defect such as failed bearings from normal use.
Squeegee wheels can wear over time especially from heavy use or if the machine is used on very rough floor surfaces. As the wheels wear this can change the angle of squeegee resulting in the machine becoming harder to move around, at this point we recommend replacing the squeegee wheels. Normal wear and tear of squeegee wheels is not covered under warranty, they are a consumable item.
-
Dryft uses the highest quality bearings to cope with the extreme pressures caused by the 4200rpm oscillating mechanism. In the rare event of failure The oscillating bearing is covered against manufacturing defects. If the bearing has been exposed to water or chemicals due to the scrubbing head being submerged in water this is not covered under warranty.
